We’re continuing to reveal our illustrious panel of judges for this year’s FACE OFF competition. Joining Julia Dean, is one of Time Magazine’s “Most Important Women in Luxury: the unstoppable Victoria Brynner.
As the founder and president of Stardust Visions, Stardust Brands and Stardust Celebrities, Victoria Brynner has brokered some of the biggest deals between fashion’s finest brands and the celebrities who get their ads sparkling. Brynner’s experience as both a Hollywood insider and accomplished photographer allow her fluency in the languages of celebrity, fashion and photography. From Annie Leibovitz to Robert Erdmann, Steven Meisel to stylist Lori Goldstein, Victoria Brynner has worked with an exhaustive array of high-profile creatives.
Have you seen French shoe and bag designer Christian Louboutin’s enigmatic “Psycho Logic” short? Ms. Brynner produced the Psycho-inspired piece, directed by Louboutin himself. Check it out below…
Her client list is an enviable one–including names like Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior and Lancôme. She’s helped such luxury brands sign A-list actors through the Stardust Celebrities division of her company—Scarlett Johansson for Vuitton, Matthew McConaughey for Stetson, Katherine Heigl for Nautica—creating professional relationships with earning potential limited only by a star’s self-control.
We caught up with Victoria to ask a few short questions about her take on the photo industry, creative talent and what makes an image great.
