VANCOUVER – The application of geometrics and mathematical equations has always been present in film and/or digital photographic realizations. Organization of color, tone, texture and composition are understood concerns and tools of artistic creation. Visual artist Eric Testroete took those concepts and implied depth to space and form with his Papercraft Self Portrait project, inspired by his intrigue for “big-head mode” seen in video games.
