Last night, SMASHBOX West Hollywood was the place to ‘Party with a Purpose.’ Co-hosted by Oscar-winning actor Forest Whitaker, wife Keisha Whitaker as well as Lyn Lear, the evening was dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Every Monday Matters – an organization taking a grass roots approach to social change. Last night’s star-studded event launched the “Our Schools Matter Sponsorship Program,” with aims to support & sustain arts programs in public schools around the nation.
